Bariatric Coordinator
Jessica is a Registered Nurse who will coordinate and facilitate the steps leading to surgery. In addition, if nutritional counseling is necessary before and after the surgery, Jessica will be able to guide you through this period of transition. She will try her best to make the process as painless as possible.

Bariatric Coordinator
Karen is a graduate of McNeese University and will serve as our other Bariatric coordinator. She will help facilitate your path towards surgical weight loss as efficiently as possible; from the very first visit to preparing you for the surgery, she will be with you every step of the way.

Billing
Kissney is our Certified Billing Manager; CPC, who will ensure proper filing of all insurance claims as well as work with you in regards to your bill. Kissney is more than happy to work with you regarding any financial issues that may arise.

|
Reception / Insurance
Darla is our receptionist who will greet you at every visit and every phone call. She will also maintain contact with your insurance company to aid you in obtaining precertification and predetermination of your surgical procedure.

|
Surgical Assistant
Amy is a Registered Nurse first Assistant, who is also a Certified Nurse of the operating room. She has assisted Dr Chung with myriad of cases (over 500 and counting) for many years. While you are in the OR, Amy will provide as much comfort before and after the procedure.
